Message to the Faithful on Reopening
On Pentecost Sunday at our Vivat Iesu outdoor altar, we recognized and thanked Donna Long for her beautiful artistic work in marbleizing our gradine for the main altar and the side altars in our church. As a sign of our gratitude on behalf of the parish, Father gave her a commemorative plate with an image of our church.
Letter from the Pastor
Dear parishioners,
Greetings of peace and benediction to you and to your families.
I write to share the blessed news that we will open our Masses and liturgies once again to the public on May 29 with a few changes to our normal practice.
1. Please bring masks and hand sanitizer.
2. Please use alternate pews and otherwise do your best to social distance.
3. According to instructions given by the Archdiocese we will not be opening the hall on May 29.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to let me know. I will collect and answer those questions before we begin the opening on May 29.
In the meantime remain faithful to daily prayer, to keeping the Lord’s Day holy, spiritual Communion with Our Lord in the Holy Eucharist and to active charity, especially in the home.
During this month of Our Lady the daily rosary should hold a special significance for us.
Sincerely in our Lord,
Fr Cusick
